Our digital products are meticulously designed with the user in mind. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not fit your needs as expected. Below are our guidelines related to refunds and exchanges.


Digital Product Refunds

  1. Eligibility for Refund: If you find that our digital product does not meet your expectations, please reach out to our support team within 30 days of your purchase. We’ll do our best to address your concerns.
  2. Refund Process: To initiate a refund, please email support@mycursive.com.com with the subject line “Refund Request – [Name of product]”. In the body of the email, please include a brief explanation of your reasons for the request, as this helps us improve our products and services.
  3. Refund Timeline: Once your refund request has been received and approved, the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not typically offer exchanges. However, if you believe you’ve purchased the wrong product by mistake, please reach out to us within 48 hours of your purchase, and we’ll see how we can best assist you.


Non-Refundable Items

Please note the following exceptions to our refund policy:

  1. Products downloaded or accessed more than a certain number of times (e.g., 3 times).
  2. Products purchased during promotional sales or with discount codes may not be eligible for a refund.
  3. Bundled products or courses, unless all items in the bundle are returned.
  4. Any product for which more than 14 days have passed since purchase.
